arrival

i’ve just arrived. the flight went well, but after nine hours i was like ok, can we be there already...after some turbulence and lightning (really nice to see from an airplane) a few movies, an hour of old skool Zelda (gameboy color one, very retro) and some tv shows, we arrived this morning after a thirteen hour flight (for my biorhythm it’s night time). I sat with my dad in business class for a couple of minutes and damn, those chairs are awesome.
it’s kinda dark today so I’ve experienced my first tropical downpour, but luckily we were already in the house. I haven’t seen much of Singapore so far, but what cought my eye instantly is the nature everywhere around you. even at the airport, really nice. and I wanted to put my stuff next to the driver on the wrong side, duh, really need to get used to that, also while sitting in the car. the weather is really warm, sticky and humid as expected. I’ll hopefully get used to that in a couple of days, but it’s also kinda nice to witness that...have to enjoy everything :)
ok, my first day will probably be kinda funky. I’ve slept like an hour in the plane and I have to stay awake at least till 22h to not get a jet-lag...
